1957 1958 Danelectro U3 Black & Chrome Foil U-3 Lipstick Pickups Sparkle Black

A vintage rare gorgeous Danelectro that has seriously seen some play and been around. This old girl has nics everywhere, natural real relic. Not sure if the tuners are original to this model but they are vintage klusons. Stacked knobs, not sure if one was replaced. Ive always loved this thing, but im a humbucker, p90 type of player. This one will be missed. But im sure this is a dream guitar for someone out there. For Danos this is as vintage and rare as you can get. 57 or 58 from what I remember when I bought it. Frets in good shape, not sure if it was once refretted. Set up nice as well. Pots can use a cleaning. All pickups work. Neck pickup tone knob keep turning but its most likely the knob then the pot. All electronics work but may need a little cleaning or TLC before seeing heavy gigging use. I always kept it in one spot and always sounded amazing. Sorry no original case included. A great playing guitar that is ready for a new home. Thanks. Please understand this is a used vintage guitar. Maybe open to a trade or partial trade plus cash for electric guitar related items
