Fender Concert II, 2-Channel 60-Watt 2x10" Guitar Combo Amp 1984/85 (R

Very clean Paul Rivera era Fender Concert II 60 watt, 2 channel, 2 x 10" (Oxford's) speakers combo amplifier. Outstanding sounding amp that is in great shape. Amp dates to 1984/85. Possible trade for digital guitar processors and amp modeler. Line 6 etc... The Fender Concert (often called the Concert II) from the Rivera era was produced between 1982 and 1987 under amp designer Paul Rivera. Key Features • Power & Tubes: 60 watts RMS driven by two 6L6GC power tubes, five 12AX7 preamp tubes, and two 12AT7 tubes. • Build Quality: Widely recognized as the last series of point-to-point handwired tube amplifiers built at Fender's original Fullerton, California factory. • Two Channels: A foot-switchable clean channel with sparkling Blackface-style headroom and a separate lead/overdrive channel featuring pull-boost controls. • Modern Additions: Includes a fully buffered effects loop with dedicated send and return level controls, a built-in line-level output, tube-driven spring reverb, and a presence control. • Speaker Configurations: Produced in different setups, including 4x10 and 1x12, 2x10 speaker configurations. Discussions on forums like The Gear Page note that players often swap stock blue-label speakers for aftermarket options to smooth out the overdrive.
