Slingerland 15x12 marching snare drum 70s parts or repair

Up for grabs is this Slingerland TDR marching snare drum. It is a 5 ply and Niles badge so likely later 70s. It’s a 15x12. Missing the bottom head. Missing strainer and two of the lugs. Most of the lugs have snapped near the snare side; one hasn’t yet but doesn’t look fully straight either. This could be cool to turn back into a snare, made into a tom, used for parts, etc. Asking $120 cash obo. Trades considered for other drum stuff, guitars, amps, basses, keyboards. Etc. Pickup in east Austin, 78724. Please message any questions or concerns. Thanks.
